Renovations going on there. No Pool...No Gym...No Breakfast. Been this way too long. Given the amount of guests there, the breakfast could have been open and still socially distance.
I liked it's proximity to major roads and location in relation to family. Staff was extremely accommodating, but I'm not tough to please.
The only unique thing I saw was that this location had meeting rooms; however, this was not relevant to my stay here.

I will not stay here again staff was not friendly and rude. Heard staff talking about guest as they would call for questions. Bathroom in quest room needs some updating....especially the bathtub. I think the staff was too old, not against old people. Poor hospitality......
Came to Nashville area from Knoxville to see a concert in downtown Nashville. Chose Gallatin for less congestion and lower hotel prices. We were thrilled with the Hampton Inn there!
Much needed respite care from 24/7 caring for my 97-year old mother. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, and very well decorated. When, we could not get a room with 2 queen beds, I opted for the king with a sofa bed. I was not sure how well I would sleep on a sofa bed, but it was new and I was pleased at how comfortable it was. The staff was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast attendant was attentive, making sure we all had what we needed. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would use this facility again and recommend it to others.
I stayed here for a workshop and it was perfect. Room was very clean, liked that they had neutrogena products and it had a great [free] breakfast. I would highly recommend for this area.
