One of the best hotels I have ever stayed staff was extremely nice. Room was super clean. Our check out time was at 11 and the pool didn’t open until 10am the manger that was on duty on 12/2 and 12/3 extended our stay a couple hours so my kids could swim. Again I don’t recall her

The room had no closet we had to hang our clothes on the wall by the hooks we didn’t like that. There was no tub only a stand up shower. We didn’t get fresh towels daily it was like pulling teeth to get some. Accidentally locked myself out the room & the housekeeper was two doors down but refused to help us and said she was too busy to open the door. Don’t know her name & don’t want to. The pool never had fresh towels. The breakfast was not free for adults only children only that should be updated. There was no easy access to the room and back to the car we had two kids & it was hard going up to the top floor with 2 kids dragging all of our stuff for a 3 day stay it was just a total inconvenience. We will NEVER be returning to a AVID hotel. Bed was comfy. The device I had would not cast to the tv & good luck getting staff to help. The toilet also would not flush we had to get a plunger.

The rooms were clean and appropriate for the price. The breakfast was light without a lot of options and the breakfast sandwiches had the meat still frozen inside. Overall, if you're not there for the breakfast, I'd recommend it.
