Inside, there are two window A/C units (living room & master), plus fans in every room for added comfort. Walk to the beach, church ,breakfast spot and coffee shop.

Walking distance to beach

It was great to be a 10 minute walk to the beach! The cottage had everything we needed. It was tough during the day to be in the cottage since there is no A/C but I spent most days at the beach, so it wasn't a major issue. It did cool down most nights and the fans provided were helpful.

quiet and clean

despite being only a couple blocks from a main road-it was quiet. House was very, very clean. Felt comfortable there even during time of COVID-19. Lacked a bit of privacy just due to proximity of neighbors and also there was alot of light at night due to same. Not horrible though.
