Hotel Nikko Narita
4/5 Good
"We stayed in a non smoking four futon style bed family room - it was as advertised. Futon mat beds weren’t super comfortable but that was to be expected and the less fussy members of my family thought they were fine. Room was very clean and it was quiet. Kettle, fridge and toothbrush etc were provided. Lawson’s downstairs was convenient. Shuttle to and from Narita Airport runs regularly and was timely. Staff were helpful and polite and responsive to a couple messages I sent before arrival. I was a bit concerned about whether there would be cigarette smoke lingering in the room based on some reviews I read, but it was not a problem at all which was appreciated with two asthmatics in the family. Property is aging a bit but it’s clean and that’s what matters to me. All in all it’s a great place to rest either before or after a long flight - I would stay there for a pit stop in the future. "
