Outside the property is NOT the most pleasant area and sight BUT once you get inside the property, it’s very nice and MOST of all, the rooms are great and newly renovated. It’s very modern and spacious. Staff is great and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here three times, for the spacious room/bed, the convenience of walking to the train station, and the friendly ladies delivering my breakfast in room. The building is very old, but they tried their best. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi, still unstable.

Whilst we struggled to find the enterance originally, once we did find out we needed to go to floor 4 we had to use the rather old and small lift and couldn’t all fit in. Two trips later we were in the B&B reception. Staff were super friendly and explained we had to order breakfast the night before and it would be delivered to our room the next day. Good options of the breakfast menu. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a nights stay.

Close to main station so perfect of an overnight. Elevator too small , lobby is in 4 the floor, the entrance is shared by multiple small hotels then with elevator is sperated. Staff nice. It they leave overnight , seems like an Airbnb. Inside room very clean and renovated. It's the downtown of Naples.

The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find, you enter a courtyard and walk to the elevator at the back and take to the 4th floor. Building staff at entrance showed us where location was but then yelled/translated to us about how we should be able to speak Italian otherwise we should not be visiting the country.

Short stay in Naples

Central location, in Piazza Garibaldi, right next to train station. Property when arriving was unexpected, once you get over the entrance the apartments are clean modern and staff are fantastic. No window in room we had frosted windows which looked over the back which you could not open due tonthe birds. We found the property noisey with the birds and upstairs during night with banging, we know this is not the properties fault. We were here for 2 nights and was ideal for a short stay within short distance for all ths Naples can offer. Breakfast was delivered to the room at the time you spesify each morning.

Tough to find initially, but well worth it. The rooms are modern and efficient. Chosen the night before, breakfast is delivered to your room. There are ample choices and variety. The area is close to the train station and central piazza, with all that entails. Personally, I had no problems, but I'm sure they can found easily enough. There does seem to be a sufficient police and military presence. On the hand, super easy to get to Pompeii and other places on the rail network. The staff were friendly and helpful.
