Have stayed at Naples Bay Resort many times all over the property and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed so far. This was our third time in The Cottages and the best yet. Cottage was exceptionally clean and kitchen was stocked better than any rental I’ve been in all my travels. Marc was great with communication and I would definitely rent from him again.

Clean and Great Getaway

Very clean and recently renovated condo in a safe environment. It was a home away from home! Owner was friendly and responded very quickly to all emails we sent. Condo was equipped with anything one would need to make their stay comfortable.

Beautiful condo in a great resort with beautiful pools. Shuttles to and from the beach and the downtown area. Owner is awesome. Very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely!!!!

This property is so beautifully presented. The owner has done a wonderful job updating and remodeling ! The amenities are plentiful ...the location perfection ...and the owner readily available ! I would highly recommend this property for adults. The property is very nicely appointed so probably more conducive to adults! We so enjoyed our stay and are returning next year!!!

Girl’s Vacay

This was a great experience from start to finish. This upscale luxurious condo is so clean and beautiful and comfortable. Fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed our morning coffee relaxing in the screened porch! Our host was so accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for anything else! The amenities at Naples Bay Resort were also wonderful. We were picked up at our door daily and driven to the beach and supplied our beach chair, towels and umbrella. The shuttle drivers were so nice! This was by far the best girl’s trip we’ve taken now and we will definitely be back again!

Amazing vacation property!!!

Great Resort! The owner is very easy to deal with and responsive. Very welcoming staff also. We loved the fact that there are pools for families and pool for adults, both with food and beverage services. This unit is located in the relaxing and quiet part of the resort. The owner is also the property manager. This unit has been completely remodeled with high-end furniture. It is very modern and yet warm. The beds are new and comfy. Loved the large glass white floor tiles. I agree with the previous renter as far as the pictures not doing this unit justice. The owner says he will be updating the pictures on this site in about a week, when redesigning of the unit is complete. Book it, you won’t regret it. Will return next year.

Great property. Fantastic stay!

What a great condominium! It is renovated, spotless and large. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has high ceilings and plenty of room to move around. Extremely happy with the location, being a 10-minute walk from all the restaurants and night life of 5th Ave and Bayside. It has a very private patio overlooking a preservation area. This unit is close to the pools but not to close to hear the noise coming from the pool area. The owner is a great commutator, helpful and very easy to deal with. My husband and I are regular visitors to the downtown/old town Naples area. This is one of the the best condos we have ever stayed in. It is impeccably decorated. All of the furniture and furnishings are of good quality and new. The furniture and mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This complex (Naples Bay Cottages) offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach and 5th Ave. The shuttle runs daily and departs every 30 minutes, sometimes quicker than that. The amenities of this complex are to kill for and worth the money: 5 heated pools, lazy river, pool bar with food and beverage service, full service spa, shuttle service, restaurants, golf lessons, yoga center, tennis courts, boat and kayak rentals, gym, etc. There is a Publix supermarket within a 5-minute drive. Publix delivers groceries -if you are not interested in driving there. I highly recommend this condo!
