Staff was very helpful and property very well maintained. Rooms are small with limited luggage space but bath well lit!! Great pastry shop right next door and great pizzeria down the street with an extensive, reasonable menu!! Food was fantastic!!!!

This hotel appears to have been recently renovated & it looks quite nice. With an early flight the next morning, we chose this hotel being close to the train station and airport with transfers. It isn't close to either and we had to pay for our transfers, which we were told was actually a taxi. No one responded to our email request for a transfer before we arrived at the hotel. The air conditioning in our room could not be changed on the remote and it was so cold we spent the night huddled under a sheet with no blanket provided to keep us warm. The front staff went off at 11 pm. I found some of the fruit at the breakfast had mold grown on it. It was fortunate we were only at the hotel for one night, but it was disappointing.

Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks.

No airport transfer, but still wonderful hotel

The front desk is amazing. They order taxis and assist with ideas of where to go and what to eat. The one thing that needs to be more honest is that there IS NO AIRPORT TRANSFER. It says there is on hotels.com but this is not true. The front desk can order you a taxi, but it's very difficult to do over the phone before you arrive.

I was extremely happy with our room which was beautiful until I tried to take a shower at about midnight only to to find there was NO HOT WATER!! I tried calling the front desk but no answer. I went downstairs to see the guy at the front desk and the glass sliding door was locked. I looked and there was no one at the front desk. I knocked on the glass door off and on for about a minute or 2 and no one came. I dont know if the guy was on a bathroom break or what but NO ONE was there. I returned to my room forced to take a COLD shower. This was quite disappointing. Apart from that and the very limited dining options in the area, I would have rated this hotel a solid 5/5.

Shuttle Service Not Provided as Advertised

The hotel in general was good., But , the reservation stated that an airport shuttle service was available; however, upon calling from the airport, I was informed that no such service was provided. The delay of our flight further compounded the issue, as there was a shortage of taxis, making the situation quite challenging especially with children.
