The young lady, Ruth, working at the front desk was wonderful. I had an issue with my room and she came promptly to look at it and went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

One person of front desk staff, is not friendly, is to be suppose give at least a Welcome. She is very rough, Cindy need transfer to other department, she is not ready for working with the Guess at the front desk. Breakfast experience was terrible, some of product like, bread serving like expired food.
