Canandaigua Lake House with Private Dock and Bare Hill Views

Set along 115 feet of Canandaigua Lake frontage, this three-bedroom home offers a peaceful Finger Lakes stay with sweeping views of Bare Hill. Gather on the spacious screened-in porch, relax beside the indoor gas fireplace, or spend the day boating, swimming, fishing, and enjoying the waterfront.

Located near Naples, Bristol Mountain, local wineries, breweries, hiking trails, waterfalls, restaurants, boutiques, and farm stands, the home is well positioned for exploring the Finger Lakes.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home, except for the cleaner’s closet. Amenities include the screened-in porch, dock, lawn, full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, washer and dryer, and smart-lock entry.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, a refrigerator, Keurig, toaster, microwave, above-range microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table seats eight. Plastic cups and paper plates are recommended for outdoor use.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The property includes a screened-in lakeside porch, grassy area for lawn games, gas grill, and dock space for up to two boats. Dock availability depends on seasonal water levels and cannot be guaranteed.

A complimentary public boat launch is located near the south end of the lake.

Guests are responsible for refilling the grill’s propane tank if it becomes empty.

PARKING

The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles. RVs, tents, and temporary shelters are not permitted.

Just a boat ride away

Had a great time staying at this lake house. We rented a pontoon boat from German Brothers just up the way and easily boated down right to the dock.

What a great place to stay!

This was the perfect location for our weekend. Getaway was able to put the boat right at the dock for early morning boat rides. The place was spotless on the inside. The screened in porch was nice to stay away from the bugs. Will definitely be staying here again.

This cottage was in an ideal spot on Canandaigua Lake. We really enjoyed the proximity to the water, dock, kayaks, and beautiful back deck. The downsides were low water pressure, access to TV apps, and busy road. It was a nice place to stay overall.

Great location on a beautiful lake

Even though route 21 is right outside the front door, the backyard is Lake Canandaigua with plenty of room and even boat slip. The screened in porch allows for bug free relaxation with family and friends. We would definitely love to come back.

The house met our expectations and provided a great location for us to staycation! We really enjoyed the screened porch for coffee in the morning and enjoying the shade during the day. The dock is big and was fun for the kids to fish off. The water has shallow spots to walk in or is deep enough to jump off the dock. We enjoyed working on puzzles in the dining room. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful lake location!

Beautiful lake home! The screen porch is awesome! The house location on the south side of lake is quiet, not much boat traffic. The outside premises were neat and clean. The kayaks provided was a plus. Kitchen is provided with everything you need to cook. The towels and linens supplied are really nice. Bring your own beach towels. It truly is a house to relax and enjoy the beautiful venue.

We had an incredible stay at this Canandaigua Lakefront property! The location is absolutely perfect — right on the water with beautiful views and close to the boat launch, restaurants, and local spots. It made for an ideal setting for our company team-building retreat.The home itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a group. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The dock was a huge plus and gave us easy access to the lake for boating and morning coffee by the water.The host was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this property for both personal getaways and group gatherings — we’ll definitely be back!

Exactly what I had hoped for. Extremely clean. Great location (just North of the Southern boat launch). Host communicated better than any I've interacted with in the past. This was a great LAKE house, which is completely different than the BEACH houses I/we normally rent. The vibe is completely different. If you frequent the Finger Lakes area, this place will feel familiar and will bring a smile to your face.
