Home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. This is a perfect spot in Naples close to wineries, hiking, and Joseph's Wayside Market. The property is perfect. Kitchen is well stocked for those who cook. Prompt communication from the owners. We'll stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home nestled in the woods but close to everything we needed. The hot tub was so appreciated after being in the car; the back patio and the rocking chairs on the front porch helped us enjoy the view of the woods and the beautiful landscaping. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything needed to make a meal. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout. Thank you for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day weekend while in town for a family wedding! The house was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living space was very cozy. The hot tub and fireplace were wonderful touches to add to our family's enjoyment of the property on the chilly late summer nights. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.The location was perfect — tucked away in a peaceful setting surrounded by trees, but still close to downtown Naples, wineries, and hiking trails. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the front and back porches in the mornings and evenings, listening to the sounds of nature and taking in the fresh air.Our hosts were tremendous. Very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free!We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Finger Lakes getaway, and we’d be happy to stay here again in the future!

Quiet and relaxing

This was our third stay at this property. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Hot tub and propane fireplace a nice bonus, as well as indoor fireplace. Beds are firm, but comfortable. House is well stocked with everything you need. We especially love the layout and everything is on one floor. We also love the porches and enjoy seeing the wildlife. Overall, it is tranquil and quiet. The rental price is very reasonable compared to others. All of the above is what keeps us coming back! Our only critique is the living room furniture needs to be updated to something more comfortable. Naples and surrounding towns are very quaint and there are many great restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores.

Anniversary weekend getaway

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary this year at the Naples Valley Getaway. When we arrived, everything was clean, neatly organized orderly and very well maintained. You can tell that the hosts take pride in their home and in our satisfaction as a guests. There’s a reason why they are rated 10/10! There was plenty of appliances to utilize during our stay, including an outdoor grill, toaster, oven and alot more. The hot tub was by far our favorite amenity and the private view of the woods in the backyard was amazing. The hosts were more than accommodating and responded quickly to any and all questions and/or concerns we had. We were very happy with our stay at the Naples Valley Getaway and hope to come back very soon! Thank you again!!

Our first time in the Finger Lakes area. Andrew and Tracy’s home/property was clean and well kept. The hot tub was a plus! Check in was a breeze and hosts responded quickly. We Chose this Place Again

We came back after last year's stay. It is a lovely home set in a tall pine woods. It is quiet, yet if you need to get out not far from a small town with some good food. Lots of preserved lands for exploring.
