The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were large and clean. Pillows could have been softer and there is a chain out front that is very dangerous at night as lighting was not good. Location was great in the historic district but the homeless were a little too close to the entrance of the hotel.

The breakfast is good, but it’s the same everyday for 3 days. The place is in the historical center, lots of shops and restaurants, walking distance to Scappanapoli, Naples Cathedral, Spanish Quarter, San Severo Chapei Museum and the Galleria Umberto where you can find the upscale shops.

We had a lovely stay at Albergo Palazzo Decumani! Check in was easy and our room was ready for us. The room was large, clean, with a large bathroom, too. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Elevator worked really well. The location of the hotel is very close to Via Spaccinapoli, which has all the cafes, shopping, etc. The breakfast, which is included, is wonderful with a buffet of eggs, quiche, beautiful pastries, expresso, etc. We were impressed!
