The check in man was so great! I wish I got his name. But so welcoming and lovely, definitely best check in experience. Rooms were cozy, large bathrooms. Super central to everything. Great place to stay in Napa.

Great location with free overnight parking in the garage around the back of the hotel. Everything in good shape, friendly staff, a welcome glass of wine in the lobby. Saturday night had great entertainment in the bar area. Overall good value as well.

It's certainly a neat place. The rooms are nice and the restaurant is also very good and very convenient. The problem I had was one of noise. During my stay I was moved literally four times because of the noise. The front desk staff was nice enough, but some of the noise was coming from a very loud nightclub across the street, which would startup at 9:30PM and not stop until after midnight.

Had some issues at check in, gave us a different room than what we reserved. It did take a little while for the hotel to get a room ready, but corrected the mistake. Enjoy this property, maybe a bit understaffed. Nice rooms.

The property is dated & needs a remodel for sure!! Staff was helpful & polite, was sent up and cleaning was still in the room, not ideal. Was on the 3rd floor very dark & dated. Went for a loft room, not impressed! Could have stayed in a regular room for way less & wished I did for the cost! Much better properties than this one.
