The space didn’t quite match the photos in the listing, especially in terms of the decor in the living room, which was a bit different from what we expected.
Our check-in experience was a little stressful. Although we had informed the host about our late arrival, we weren’t able to reach them at the time. Thankfully, the security staff were very kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated their support.
There were a few cleanliness concerns when we arrived. The throw blankets on the couch and bed had visible stains and an unpleasant odor. The floors had dirt, dust, and even a couple cigarette butts. The refrigerator had some leftover food spills, and there were food items left in the kitchen, likely from previous guests.
The water dispenser was turned on but empty. We also noticed that some basic items like toiletries, toilet paper, and towels weren’t available at check-in. Toilet papers were provided the next morning, about 12 hours after our arrival.
We later found the towels drying on the balcony, but it would’ve been helpful to have been informed of that in advance, so we know exactly where to retrieve them from.
While there were a few positives, like the property being quiet and the security personnel being hands-on, overall the stay didn’t meet our expectations, and I don’t plan to book this place again in the future.
