The moment i walked in i felt safe with security on site 24/7. I had no issue about my safety. We had some issues with our washroom during our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Pauline who helped us dealing with our washroom problem. She also gave me some great recommendations when I asked for spa service near the hotel.

It was a nice hotel. Clean with all the necessary conveniences. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bathroom sink didn't work well. And it was a room with no window to see outside.
