We loved our stay here. It was a little dated, but we had zero issues. The check in process and communication was wonderful! The amenities were great from the pool, kayaks, and paddle boards. The view was wonderful & felt very safe.

Somewhat recent remodel and the place showed well but some of the small things were a bit frustrating since they could easily be fixed. Both bedroom doors need to be planed to fit the opening and neither of the doors lock. The flap on the stove vent flaps incessantly when the wind blows, which is often. In my bedroom, the lamp shade for the lamp next to the bed is too large and hangs down further than it should, making it difficult to get to the switch. And maybe the worst issue was downstairs; there is a fairly strong mildew smell, especially the first couple of days we were there. If someone ran a dehumidifier constantly, this issue would probably go away. In summary, it is not a bad place, and I don't want to give that impression, but personally I expect a bit more. It is not a place my wife and I would stay; I was on a fishing trip with my grandson.
