Giving one star due to unacceptable behavior from the property owner.
We were treated poorly for checking out only 15 minutes late, including an invasion of personal space during checkout.
Additionally, a forgotten personal item received no assistance or support afterward.
This experience was extremely disappointing and should never happen to guests."
