Parking was excellent! The room was accessible as I can’t use a tub. The water was moderately hot but took a while to heat up. There were no shelves in the bathroom. The floors were nice laminate and very clean as was the large shower. Plenty of towels. Lighting was very unique and handy. The TV was very new and easy to use. It appeared the room was upgraded. Nice paint and wallpaper. The door was very safe to lock. We had a large service dog and 2 smaller dogs in training. They were quiet and there is plenty of area for walking, with them, receptacles and bags all along the lots. We didn’t swim but the pool is very pretty and has fencing all around. Check-in was easy and pleasant. We were there due to a death in the family, and the receptionist expressed a lovely sentiment. We were be very comfortable to just go There to rest and reflect. The king beds were so comfortable on these old bones. It was a lower price but had some nice enmities, was close to food and needs, and our family who were together to remember our times together with our loved one.

The headboard end tables were warped and sagging, little to no flow from facet at the bathroom sink. The television channels did not sink up with the programs. If a football game was on there was no reference to the football dialog. Instead there was Spanish dialog coming from another tv program. Every channel had mismatched dialog not pertaining to the program. The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and bagels and muffins. I know the price was from the lower end of the spectrum, but I'd expect more for my money.

T v didn’t work on the first room, moved to a handicapped room. Ok, but shampoo was on the floor, and the body wash was out. But the room seemed clean, and was comfortable.

The rooms were falling apart. I have stayed there 3 times and it’s gotten worse each time. They charged $100.00 deposit even though the rooms were paid in advance. Not sure what that was for because there’s no way the room could possibly be damaged as bad as they were. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so I had to go to my son’s room to dry my hair. They had to move us from the first room because the toilet wouldn’t flush. My husband had to go to the office to get a plunger because the toliet wouldn’t flush in the second room. Also the phones didn’t work in any of the rooms. Friends were also staying there. They had two rooms also. I can’t believe they are able to keep the Quality Inn name. Needless to say we will not go back there.

We did not stay, and had to book another hotel. This room was filthy!! The beds the walls the bathroom. We didn’t even get our bags out of the car, we immediately left.

The room had a musky odor. There was a small hole in our sheet. There were a couple of small holes in our towels. The couch in our room had stains on it so we did not want to sit on it without a towel over the stains. There was only one trash can in the room and none in the bathroom. There was also no luggage rack.

The property presents in generally sound condition, with the understanding that water exposure may reveal additional wear. Certain areas would benefit from updating and a more comprehensive cleaning. The staff demonstrated excellent service by accommodating our request for a room change, considering our mobility limitations with the initial room's staircase access. Parking facilities were satisfactory.

A three day reservation. Daily cleaning person came at 0900, we ask if they could come back when we depart at 1000 ? Three days, no trash, no bed making, no towels, my favorite only one roll of toliet paper. We purchasd some at food lion. NO IN ROOM PHONE SERVICE. NO FIRE ALARM. PICTURE AVAILABLE. No channel guide on TV. I have stayed at this facility twice before, in two years. This time was terrible. Outside. Beautiful. Well maintained grass and shrubbery. Front desk check in went well. They had my reservation, first floor room as requested.

The location of the hotel was convenient, the bed was fine, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The floors clearly hadn’t been mopped, and I found both live and dead roaches during my stay. It was unsettling enough that I ended up sleeping with every light in the room on. Through hotels.com I emailed management about the issue, but never received any response or follow-up. Given the condition of the room and lack of communication, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
