Paget 403 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. Nicely furnished and decorated throughout, including a comfortably furnished balcony. The balcony has a wide view over the clubhouse and cabana to the beach and ocean. Located near the tennis courts, Somerset swimming pools and hot tubs. The remodeled master bath features a walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure. The other two bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The dining table has seating for 4. Amenities Include: Cable TVs, DVD, and Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer. This unit has a reserved, covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
