Villa Aspa is located in Kato Tripodo village. It was originally built towards the end of the last century, and has been lovingly restored in recent years by the owners, to show the natural materials to their best advantage. Any lovers of architecture will appreciate the unusual features of the house and the sensitive way it has been renovated. The superb large rectangular swimming pool is beautifully positioned at the front of the villa, and the pool side terraces offer comfortable garden furniture, and tranquil vistas. The 180sqm villa, which is suitable for 6 people, is tastefully furnished with much old world charm. On the ground floor there is a comfortable large living room, beamed ceilings and a big open corner fireplace. Further there is a delightful spacious dining room and a well equipped large kitchenette. There are three bedrooms, one which is situated downstairs and has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms, both of which have twin beds, are situated on the first floor. There is one downstairs bathroom/WC, as well as modern conveniences including WiFi, telephone, TV, and heating (at an extra charge). From the large upstairs sun terrace you have wonderful mountain vistas and can look all the way down to the sea. In the outside storeroom, there are 4 mountain bikes for the use of guests, as the local countryside is suitable for biking or walking. Swimming pool season starts on the 1st of May. Central heating is available for an extra cost, depending on the guests usage. Guests can also use the fireplace responsibly. Villa Aspa offers cleaning service (upon guest request) and change of linen & towels once a week. The guests in general, should respect the property and have to be careful with its valuable items such as art sculptures, antiques etc. They should also be kind to the surrounding natural scenery. Parents should keep an eye on children. Pets are allowed on prior request. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
