Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
the property I booked was occupied on the day of my arrival and we were 11 people then the host said that they booked it extra day for the previous customer since they don't have confirmation from me , which I already had with email confirmation. then we had to wonder Mykonos to find another hotel with our luggages and kids and paying extra money to the driver to drop us in a different hotel,it was terrible experience never seen before.
