Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These condos are a tad older but still nice. The unit that we stayed in could use a deep cleaning but still pretty clean. The only drawbacks were parking as only 4 of the spots could actually be parked in. The balcony’s we’re in HORRIBLE SHAPE, the condos are having some foundation issues for sure. We would return to the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I was unaware that there is only one ceiling fan in the entire condo and its above the dining room table. Zero air circualation in the bedrooms. We had to go purchase a fan for one room and found a fan in a closet for the other room. We also experienced a problem with our water going out completely on Sunday, no one seemed too concerned that an entire building was without water and didn't fix it till after business opened back up on Monday morning. This was very frustrating. I will say the porch is amazing, large and the view is beautiful. This is where we spent most of our time while at the condo. I would not stay at this location again and will probably not rent from Garden City Realty again, just because of how they handled the water situation.

It has million dollar views and very relaxing. The inside was very neat and clean.

Relocated after horrible stay at Waters Edge

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were left stranded on 14th floor at Waters Edge no elevator no bedding for sofa bed when requested was told “they couldn’t get up there”. First day we had appointment so had to leave received call from Robin stating the maintenance men could pack us and move us next door. That was unacceptable and ridiculous. Two women were not going to have their personal items dirty laundry etc packed by strangers. We walked the 14 floors only to then have a complete power outage for 2 hours in the dark without ANY phone numbers to call and NOBODY answering the numbers we googled. Waters Edge WAS OPEN but did not answer. Emergency maintenance number did not answer. We requested to be relocated Tuesday morning was told maintenance men would be there to help NOBODY CAME. Upon relocating to Sea Sider found a large bug in toilet almost seemed deliberate or wasn’t it cleaned? Parking under Sea Sider was ridiculous. Our 5 day stay was cut short to only 2 good days. We also lost access to pool and hot tub. We received 20% refund. Unacceptable. I will be reporting the way everything was handled. Nobody claimed responsibility for the elevator. WEATHER WAS BEAUTIFUL THE ISSUES WERE ONGOING ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Nice to have 3 bathrooms Porch was Wonderfull. when it said you need to bring everything they were right.Besides the expected the only thing extra were a few boggie boards someone had left.The bed in the main bedroom had about a 2 inch foam pad on top of the mattress and on top of that a 2 inch memory foam pad. It made the bed too soft. I removed the foam and it was better. Having a plastic covering over the mattresses felt like I was in a cheap hotel. There has to be a better way.They need a second lamp in the master, one where you can plug in your chargers.A better coffee maker would be nice. The one there worked ok but you could not take and pour a cup when it was brewing, it would leak on the pad.Liked the couches and coffee table. Last it would been nice to have a fan in the would be costly to put in ceiling fans but one on a stand would be nice.

Loved the location very conveniently located to the shops we went to. The only complaints would be that the elevator always smelt like urine. So we would take the steps. Also none of the electric outlets worked in the master bathroom. A pest control guy came and knocked on the door one afternoon to spry while we were there. i thought that was strange. I checked his badge.

It is very nice and the perfect get away. Our only complaint was parking. There were no parking places for us for several nights of our stay and we ended up with parking tickets from parking off road and in the beach access parking. Not sure how there are supposed to be 2 cars allotted per guest when we only had one car and could not park. Just be advised that this may be a problem. Otherwise our stay was great!!

Poor Air Quality And Mold Covered Up

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mold disguised with PAINT!! First off, I have no issue with the company or it’s personnel. The welcoming team in the office were pleasant and professional. We rented Seasider 302 for Memorial Weekend. Upon arrival there was a strange smell in the room, and it felt like it had not been used. Unit was sparse but clean enough. I could tell it had recently been painted. Woke up next morning and everyone in our party had a hacking mucus cough with eye discharge...no idea why but we just assumed we had picked up a cold. Stayed Saturday on the beach did not have any further hacking issues. Went to dinner, came home that night and as soon as we laid down everyone was coughing and hacking again. We had to open all patio doors to keep fresh air coming in. We again went to the beach and had no issues. Came back to shower Sunday afternoon and after an hour in the unit it started again. We decided to cut our vacation short and leave. I called the main office today and spoke to the Manager who informed me that the unit owners had just painted and we were the first to rent the unit in 2 months... This tells me the AC had not been thoroughly checked. The vents areas had been painted and you could see bubbling paint. I will call the Health Department and make a formal complaint as we were hacking up green mucus and had eye discharge for days after our departure.

Reviewer Comments: The condo building has construction going on, that we were not told about at booking. Who wants to wake up at 7am on vacation? The second day we were there, they put up plywood across the balcony doors, so we paid for an oceanfront balcony and couldn’t even go out on the balcony. All of the beds are terribly squeaky. The carpet and furniture could use a deep cleaning. We definitely would not stay here again. Do NOT recommend.

There are a few issues though. Parking is not assigned & can be hard to find a spot. Twin beds creak so bad that when you roll over, the other person wakes up. Dining room chairs need to be super glued at the seat!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at Seasider 302 condo, it took us 45 minutes to find parking. The elevator was not working so we were looking at carrying all of our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Our son is special needs and could not make the way up to the condo using the stairs. We contacted the emergency phone number for the realty office and they had to leave a message for maintenance. We tried to rent a motel room for the night. By this time it was going on 11:30 pm. No vacancy anywhere that we tried. It took three of us to help my son up the stairs to the 3 floor. He struggled but made it. Garden City Realty office called the next morning to check on everything. They were kind enough to reimburse us for 1 nights stay.. We had a very hard time finding parking. When we started to leave on Saturday morning around 8 am we had truck issues. Finally found a Ford dealer 30 minutes away to fix it. The computer on the truck was damaged and we could not get the cover on the truck or the tailgate to open up. It was locked by the computer. So we could not load it. My husband left around 8:30 am to get it fixed. I called the office at 9 when they opened up to request a late check out. I was first told no, they let me check out at 11am. I told them I knew he could not make it back by 11 and I asked for 12 pm to check out. Lady was rude and said no. Around 10 am I called housekeeping and was told no again. If I was not out by the time housekeeping arrived I would have to move all our items out and my special needs son snd I could wait outside in the hall. Housekeeping came around 11 and I explained my situation to them. I explained my sons condition and they called someone. After getting off the phone I was told to get my things out. I practically had to drag the heavy items out while the housekeeping stood and watched. I stood with my son outside in the heat trying to keep him calm. I will never use this realty office again. Spoke with Danielle on Monday. Said “ they were not thinking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice. The toilets when we got there were a little dirty, but okay. The elevator did not work until Wednesday due to Hurricane Dorian. On Friday night it stopped working, going up 3 flights of steps got to be a little tough especially with luggage and then hauling our luggage down to leave was tough also. We love the restaurants in Murrels Inlet.
