A dedicated work space with a high top desk offers 2 USB ports and grounded outlets for laptops. Additional amenities included are 2 smart TVs, washer/dryer, a highchair for the little ones, and a newly remodeled wet bar.

One Ocean Place is located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier is Horry County. This twelve-story oceanfront complex offers the ultimate experience in oceanfront living! Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing along the shore, and watch a sunrise from your spacious oceanfront balcony. Take the elevator down to the ground level and it's only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6' to 7'3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.
