Letā€™s start with the good - the staff at the apartments are kind and attentive and really go out of their way to attend to your needs. Big thanks to Vijay and Jayesh. Now for the things that need improving: 1) there is a ton of construction noise adjacent to the building. No mention of it in the listing - we wouldnā€™t have booked here had we known. 2) there is zero soundproofing - bring your noise canceling headphones and even with those you may find it hard to sleep. Between the traffic, constant honking, multiple temples and gurudwaras nearby - there is zero chance of sleep. 3) the property could use some upkeep and definitely needs better instructions for visitors - things like towel replacements (stop using them once theyā€™re stained) & how to turn on hot water in the showers is important (no one will find an obscure knob or switch). Fine for a very last minute trip to India but weā€™re not likely to return to this particular location given all the above.

After checking in we discovered the safe in the room was not working we called down to the front desk they sent someone up to take a look. He wasnā€™t able to fix it at that time but said it would be done the following morning, which it was not. But that wasnā€™t even the worst part. The following day we left the hotel early and were out all day. We came back to the hotel around 9:30 PM and found our common door was wide open and our room door was unlocked. Nothing was taken and we suspect the cleaning person didnā€™t lock the door after the turned the room over. Regardless, we were not happy at all and immediately checked out of the property and asked for a refund. They wouldnā€™t even refund the whole stay. They refunded 3 out of the 5 days but we only slept there one night. I would think twice before booking this property.

Fantastic Group Stay

My wife and her 5 other school friends (reunion) stayed there for 2 nights. Everyone thanked me for booking such a beautiful accommodation at central location. Hospitality and cleanliness were top notch. May be a chef serving hot breakfast was missing but there are plenty of restaurants around.

Good stay but lacks safety.

I had visited with my family, thinking I'll get an apartment with a kitchen. I had booked 2 rooms out of a three a BHK apartment. I was expecting one another room which would be occupied by someone else, but the reality was it was a duplex apartment with interconnectivity from both houses. I was not given the key to my main door and was asked to access it from the top floor as the door was left open all the time, this is not safe. A kitchen between 6 rooms which was used by their own staff as well and very unhygienic. The rooms were good and comfortable, good view, good open dining table but the safety and the 6 rooms for one kitchen and random staff staying in the rooms out of the 6 BHK made it a bit weird.The interiors are good too.
