Not punctual for room check in

Room was not ready on time . We reached hotel before 1 pm but they gave one room after 03:30 pm and next room after one more hour. So, we wasted almost half day . We were tired after travel and we can’t take proper rest and were restless . So, ultimately it spoiled our evening party at Bastians. And we returned early from party and wasted money as well

Great hotel! Robert and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I arrived until check-out. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this property. The staff was courteous and sensitive to their needs. The breakfast even though a little on the pricier side is a good option. Very close to the US consulate.
