This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No complaints whatsoever. Amazing views of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, great staff, lovely breakfast, spacious room & balcony, etc!

Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light. The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in. The pool and beach were lovely though.
