The windows had no locks them. Very easy to just climb right in . Talk to front desk clerk about it and he was going tomoved us to another room and checked it before we moved and that window opened up as well. So he moved us up to the second floor. He was very helpful.

Convenient for business travel in Mt Sterling. Room was on 2nd floor, room 209 and door was within 18 inches of the elevator. Odd placement for a hotel room and didn't feel as safe due to that. There were no issues and everyone was pleasant though.

We walked into our room the floor was wet. Woke up with our sinuses congested. Took the cover of the a/c unit, there was mold all over cover, filter was full of dust, the water was just sitting in the pan all the lines were clogged. After cleaning it out the flooring started to dry up and woke up less congested. Maintenance needs to clean all the a/c units. The entire building had condensation all over the windows. This places needs a good ventilation system in place.

The only issues were that the icemaker on 3rd floor was out of order so we had to use one on 1st floor. Also, in our room (#321), the hair dryer wasn't working. I mentioned it to front desk clerk and she tried to tell me about a button on the side...I am very mechanical and the hair dryer was old and burnt out.
