Hotel and spas in Mount Carmel

As you'll likely be spending quite a bit of your time at the hotel in slippers and a robe, you won't need to take a lot. Besides casual clothes to change into after your treatments, basics like underwear and a toothbrush should be at the very top of your packing list. Of course, if you intend to use the resort's swimming pool or participate in exercise sessions, throw a swimsuit and some sports gear in your bag as well. Finally, leave your electronic devices in your office and take a good read instead. It is a relaxation trip, after all.
