Okay for a night

Key system did not work well. Stay fine - front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast not friendly for a gluten and dairy free diet.

Overall, the property was ok - however - there was no hot water after about 11:46 pm and and still none in the morning! I had to get a second room down the street so I could get ready for my conference that day! Rough.

The staff is the highlight of this place. The were all very nice. I have NEVER left a reservation and travel frequently for both business and personal reasons. 1. The name is misleading and almost the Identical as a GOOD quality hotel that is basically across the street. 2. I had a room with 2 queen beds. They came with 3 small pillows, not 4 standard size pillows 3. The beds are in such bad shape all 3 people in the room woke up with body pain, I could barely walk for part of the day. 4. The key card to get in the room often took 10 attempts to actually get the reader to work 5. The showerhead was almost completely plugged, and I had to use a washcloth to scrub enough minerals off the head to get more than just a few streams of water. 6. Changing the settings on the showerhead was worse, the strong one only had 3 yes 3 streams of water flowing. 7. My 20yo daughter would not even attempt to shower due to condition. 8. The faucet for the sink was not tight and moved all around when trying to turn the water on and off. 9. The "Breakfast" consisted of old cereal, hand packaged yogurt the hotel clearly hand scooped into containers with lids. They also had waffles, but I would not feed my dog a waffle from this machine. And some pathetic apples. Expedia did their best to try and get a refund, but the hotel denied it. I ended up renting another room and walked away from the $200 for this room. Ended up in another place at over 400/night

The keys don’t work. We were on the 3rd floor. Went up and down 7 times to replace keey and still didn’t work. Tried 107 times and finally worked, then the 2nd time had to try 243 times before it worked and the front desk lady did not seem to care and felt like I was annoying her. There was also a bunch of food in the fridge. As soon as I opened it, chicken wings fell all over the floor and the front desk lady did not care and said the room was cleaned and it must have been mine. The lady at breakfast was nice and that is why they got 2 stars. Pillows sucked and beds were worn and uncomfortable

The door lock was not working correctly, so when I would leave the room, I would not shut the door all the way. The room had a dirty wet laundry smell, the TV kept blinking off for a second (sometimes more) and then resume (very annoying). Staff were very nice.

Hotel sucks

Worst experience I've had in over 30 years of traveling. Three different rooms with the same problem, key would not work. I felt like a prisoner in the hotel. Key card never worked. Every time I left the room I had to have the desk person open my room for me. They couldn't get the key cards to work in all three rooms. They kept saying the part is on order but I still couldn't get into my room. I asked for a refund on my last two nights but they wouldn't do it so I lost two days and went to Best Western Plus, way better place 20 fold.

Specious room with great wardrobe closet and appropriate sized TV. Bathroom faucets are not smooth or user friendly. Had a mixed experience with the front desk staff. Didn’t feel welcoming or warmth during check in though there was no specific incidents. I had a better experience with other staff member that changed my mind about the property.

You wouldn't let my daughter stay there with her friend for a University of Idaho music audition the next day . She arrived in the evening. She is 17 and starts there in the fall and had driven down from Sandpoint. I booked the room in advance so she woild have a safe place ti stay Instead you turned them away with nowhere to go then charged my credit card. Why wiild you do this with female teenagers especially after campus violence in the last couple years. When I booked online through Expedia, there was nothing abibt an age minimum. The hotel needs the be gutted to the studs and remodeled. Water wouldn’t drain after a shower. The bathroom faucet came off everytime we used it. We were on the first floor and the windows didn’t latch. The few repairs that had been done looked like they were completed by an inexperienced diy’er. The walls are paper thin. Every toilet flush, every walk across a room seemed amplified and beds are old hard spring beds. However, the worst aspect was that we constantly couldn’t get into our rooms. There’s something wrong with their electronic key system. So when you leave your room there’s a good chance

Sleep on the street before you stay here!

This place was awful! From the moment we walked in and dealt with the snarky front desk dude to the very end. Keys never worked in the locks. We were locked out of our three separate rooms on MULTIPLE occasions. The last time, one room was locked out for over an hour while they called in a locksmith(?) to come open the door. Place has never been updated. Bathtub backed up after one shower (never went down). Handle came off the sink faucet and it sounded like the walls were going to cave in when other rooms flushed the toilet. Phones in rooms do not work. WIndows do not latch. Through all of it, the front desk guy continued to be defensive, snarky and completely unhelpful. COMPLETELY RUDE! It was a horrible experience for what was supposed to be a great weekend touring colleges. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! It is SO BAD!
