The only good things this place has going for it is the location and the hot shower (don't flush when someone is in the shower) and the A/C. Everything else was awful. The room keys barely worked. TV didn't work, the room smelled of smoke and must. The halls were overwhelmingly stenched with marijuana. There was hair in my bed. I called the office multiple times with no answer. There were no amenities like they claimed except for a mini fridge with no shelves. Would I recommend this place, not a chance. Would I stay again, Absolutely not. With everything going as it was we decided not to chance their free breakfast. Thankfully there is a Starbucks down the road.

The shower head needed to be replaced. Also the pillows were lumpy and needed replacing. Other than those two things it was a great stay. Breakfast was good.

I have never in all my years of travel, stayed at a motel/hotel that I couldn't get in the room without a staff person using a gerry rigged contraption to open the door everytime we needed access. I never felt safe. Coupled with the small room size, this was way overpriced. Would not recommend staying here.

Many rooms had room key card issues while we stayed. Room key didn’t work even front office the new key card. The good thing is I feel very safe to stay even though room door was open.

I reserved the FairBridge room for my grandson and he attempted to stay in the room for one night of the two reserved. The coded key cards for the room access door didn't work and for some reason they were unable to reprogram or reset them. Because of this, a staff person had to use a hanger to let them in! Since it was not fixed and they felt very unsafe, they left the motel and found a different place to stay. I should be reimbursed for at least one night. I would NOT reccomentd this terrible motel.

The staff was responsive and the facility was clean but dated. The electronic door locks were a problem for several guests including us.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only con was the door lock was finicky and we couldn't get it to work. Had to have someone come and open the door when we needed in our room
