An absolutely fabulous place to stay

An absolutely lovely place to stay, we only wish that we could have stayed much longer than the one night that we had booked We will definitely be coming back to this friendly family run hotel - it was the best night of our 14 night holiday by far

Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Studio mit Meerblick hat eine fantastische Lage, eine kleine Küche, sehr bequemes Bett und eine hervorragende Terrasse. Die Ortschaft ist in 5 Minuten entlang der Küste zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin, Frau Kleiner hat wertvolle Informationen gegeben und war super freundlich. Alles perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Would definitely come again. Pictures doesn’t tell you just how well Villa Kleiner is located, with sea view and a place to jump in the sea right outside the villa😊 We spent 4 very relaxing days.

Traumhafte Idylle

Die ist einmalig schön. Der kleiner Strand von Moscenicka Draga ist quasi nebenan, zum Ortskern geht man etwa 5 Minuten auf einem Fußweg direkt am Meer. Vom Parkplatz an der oberen Straße führen knapp 100 Stufen hinunter zur Villa, aber man kann sich bei größerem Gepäck auch helfen lassen. Unser Zimmer war schon fast ein Apartment mit einer kompletten Küchenzeile, Geschirr und Besteck.

Traumtage direkt am Meer

Die Villa Kleiner liegt sehr ruhig an der Strandpromenade mit direktem Zugang zum Meer (über Badeplateau) und nur 100m vom nächsten Badestrand. Die Appartments sind neu und sehr modern ausgestattet. Der MeerwasserPool ist dank möglicher Überdachung immer angenehm warm. Das Beste ist aber die sehr familiäre und herzliche Atmosphäre, die Familie Kleiner an die Gäste weitergibt. Man fühlt sich wie in einer großen Familie und nicht als Fremder. Zum Ort und zum Hauptstrand geht man ca. 10 Minuten entlang der wildromantischen Sttandpromenade mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. In Moscenicka findet man alles, was man braucht. Auto ist nur notwendig, wenn man das istrische Hinterland besuchen möchte. Cafés, sehr gute Restaurants (besonders zu empfehlen Zijavica mit hervorragendem Essen und Wein), Cocktailbars direkt am Strand.... Die Strände sind Kiesstrände mit glasklarem, sauberem Wasser. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Direkt am Meer - und nur die Brandung ist zu hören

Wenn man die kleine Straße etwas außerhalb des Ortes gefunden und die richtige Treppe hinab genommen hat, steht man oberhalb der Villa Kleiner und hört schon das Meer. Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 3 Nächte hier und mussten erst jemanden finden, der uns den Schlüssel übergibt. Es gibt keine Rezeption und es kommen wohl auch hauptsächlich Stammgäste, die sich auskennen. Von den Mitarbeitern ist nichts zu sehen, wahrscheinlich weil in der Nebensaison nur sehr wenig Gäste da waren. Unser Zimmer wurde sauber gemacht und auch die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Leider wird dabei auch die Elektroheizung abgeschaltet... Das Zimmer war direkt zum Meer mit grandiosem Ausblick. Wer das Rauschen der Brandung liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Unten am Haus führt eine netter Weg zum Dorf, wo es auch im Oktober offene Bars und Restaurants gibt. Das Zimmer ist der Kategorie entsprechend ausgestattet, unseres verfügte neben dem Bad mit Durchlauferhitzer auch über eine Küchenzeile samt Kühlschrank. Leider hat die Kochplatte nicht funktioniert, so dass wir in der Früh auf den Tee verzichten mussten. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, auch die Nachbarvillen sind schön anzusehn, so dass einem entspannenden Kurzurlaub nichts im Wege steht. Noch ein Hinweis: Vor Ort muss in bar bezahlt werden (Kuna), es gibt aber einen Bankautomaten im naheliegenden kleinen Örtchen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt ein mal wieder ein paar Tage in der Villa Kleiner verbringen.

Ideal für Menschen, die ihre Seele baumeln lassen wollen....das Meer vor der Haustür...auch für Wochenendtrips sehr geeignet...man spürt die Tradition...bis in das 19.Jahrhundert...und darüber hinaus....wir kommen sicher wieder...
