Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2.6 km, pebble beach 3 km, public bathing area 3 km.

Living/dining room 30 m2 with 1 sofabed (110 cm, length 180 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 sofabed (85 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with TV (flat screen).
