Our modern lakefront cottage was designed to make you feel right at home, yet away from it all. Wake up to sparkling lake views and spend your days fishing, kayaking or simply relaxing by the water. Our waterfront home is the perfect four-season escape — vibrant in fall, cozy in winter, breezy and sun-filled in spring and summer.
Nestled in the quaint town of Morris, CT, you’ll enjoy the charm of Litchfield County — wineries, hiking, antique shops, and farm-to-table restaurants are all close by.

The main level of the house is a little over 1,100 ft.² with kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and sunroom.

There are two bedrooms - one queen and the other with two fulls. The beds are super comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows. Both bedrooms feature a 43" smart TV for lazy mornings or cozy evenings to enjoy a movie in bed.

The kitchen has a gas Viking range, Subzero fridge, dishwasher and microwave + air fryer combo and is fully equipped with the chef in mind. There is just about every kitchen tool for an incredible meal.

Living room with Beale sectional sofa by Arhaus which is deep and plush. Gas fireplace works on a remote and there's a 55" wall mounted smart TV.

Sunroom with sweeping lake views features kitchen table, and comfortable seating + entertainment area with sofa and 2 swivel chairs.

The lower level includes an unfinished but tidy basement with a washer, dryer, and a bonus bathroom with stand up shower— The double sliding door walks out to the patio and yard.

Outside, step out to your private dock for morning coffee, fishing, or sunset cocktails. Enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets. On the patio, you'll enjoy a Weber gas grill and meals at a large dining table looking out to vast lake views, or after sunset under twinkle lights.

There is also a 2 seater hot tub with full lake views.

You'll have a large back yard fit for games and activities, or just relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, watching boats go by and enjoying the peaceful and tranquil scenery.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
