Great resort but the onsite dive operator is dysfunctional. They need to kick them out and replace with a competent dive shop. It’s all over the reviews. The resort trapeze staff are awesome, and we loved the picket ball. Food is great.

The property is well maintained and the staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed every minute on this vacation. The only draw back was the steak house reservations fill up quickly so we did not make it to that restaurant.

Hotel was very nice. Pools were clean, and check in/out easy. Bar and food options very limited.

The most place with the most beautiful people. Everyone became like family. The food was amazing. Arrangements for us to go on boat tour was made so easy. The room was beautiful with beautiful views. So laid back…. If I could give 10 stars I would! I will definitely be back. Our most favorite in the world now! Thank you all SO much!!!!!

An Unforgettable Anniversary Getaway at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar We chose Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect backdrop for such a special milestone. From the moment we arrived, the property took our breath away — sprawling, beautifully maintained, and pure paradise. Our room was stunning: spacious, immaculate, and with views that made it hard to leave in the morning. The pools are in a league of their own. Whether we wanted lively energy or a quiet spot to soak in the sun, the perfect option was always just steps away. The catamaran snorkeling adventure off the Nassau coast was a trip highlight — fantastic crew, crystal-clear water, and incredible marine life. The kind of excursion you'll be talking about for years. Dining was mostly excellent. Katsuya was the standout — beautifully presented dishes, incredible flavors, and the perfect atmosphere for a memorable anniversary dinner. We'd return just to eat there again. The Swimming Pig Gastropub didn't quite hit the mark, but with so many other strong dining options, it was easy to move on. Yes, the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is pricey, but the experience absolutely justifies the cost. Between the service, setting, activities, and the little touches that made our anniversary feel truly special, it's worth every penny. We'll definitely be back — maybe for our 25th.
