the reception people are nice, friendly and accomodating. free breakfast is great and the food is good as well. the room has the things we need and we slept really good for the price of the hotel i can say i got a good deal. there is a really nice pool area and its huge but the pool is too cold and the hot tub is under maintenance so thats the only thing that wasnt very pleasant with our stay but the rest is awesome!

Everything was good but there were smoking rooms in the same hallway so it smelled. People were coming and going at all hours of the night which was disruptive.

Just…nope

We were contacted before arrival to let us know our room was ready but when we arrived to not pay any mind to the picketers out front. upon arrival it looked completely deserted and almost derelict. The parking lot was covered in weeds and the outside of the hotel looked shabby. Inside the lobby appeared clean but upon further inspection everything seemed to be falling apart or in disrepair. When we booked we knew that the hot tub was not working but at the front desk upon check in it stated “please be advised that the pool temperature is colder than normal”. As a family trip the one thing kids are looking forward to…the pool. Once we brought everything to our room it was super cramped and not overly clean. The bathrooms were stained and rusted. They felt unclean to the point we did not want to shower or use the bathroom for anything other than what was necessary. Immediately the kids wanted to go to the pool, once inside omg it was gross. When they said the temperature was colder than normal they should’ve said that it was freezing and their heaters weren’t working, nor were any of the filter systems. It was just stagnant water doused in chlorine. The kids lasted maybe 10 minutes. When looking in the pool you could see bits of concrete where the pool lining had broken off or peeled away. The hotel stunk like cigarette smoke. Things were rusted and possibly mouldy. The breakfast was good the next morning and our waitress was fantastic. Do not recommend this hotel at all!!

The room was great and the bed comfortable. Was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and pool heater wasn’t working so too cold to use. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition and both the front staff and restaurant staff were very pleasant.

When i booked this room days before arrival, I asked if there was a pool, hot tub and lounge or restraunt, i was told yes...when i arrive i was told the lounge and restraunt are closed, the staff are on strike, i was the only one in the building, indoor pool heat shut off so the pool was ice cold, and a broken hot tub with no water in it....i DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. IT Might OF been top of its game in the 80's, and that's about when they stopped maintaining this property... total waste of money, STAY CLEAR!

Disappointing stay.

The hotel was badly in need of having some things in repair or change. First off I booked this hotel because of the hot tub and nice pool that the boys could enjoy. The water in the pool was so cold I never did go in, but my boys braved it and went in twice. There was no water in the hot tub. I went to the front desk and asked about these things. I was told there were having issues with licensing or something like that, and so they couldnt use it. They told me the water was cold becasue the bollers were down but the water would warm up in the next 2-3 hrs. We went back 5 hours later and it was the same. The continental breakfast was the worst I have seen in my life. Eggs were undercooked, sausage and a few potatoes. I asked where the juice was and was told I would have to pay extra. The fruit offered were whole apples. That was it. There was no toast and had to ask for some. They said they make it and bring it out. So I ordered 3 and got one after our plates were empty. I asked where the other 2 were and they went and made some more. It took at least 15 minutes to get out first toast. That was it for breakfast. I seen someone vacuuming the hall way with a vacuum the same size I have in my apartment. Not sure how great that works in a big hotel. Wont be back for another stay. Not very sound proof either as doors closing at 7am woke me.
