Pas du tout ce qu’on attendait. Nous ne pouvions pas faire le check-in car la réception était fermée et les informations sur les instructions de l’enregistrement tardif n’ont pas été laissées dans un endroit visible! Mon mari, mon bébé de 8 mois et moi, on a loué un autre hôtel à 1h du matin. Grâce à la gestion de Cassandra, chef d’Accueil, qui a tout fait pour rendre l’expérience un peu moins stressante, nous avons été remboursés de l’argent de la première nuit. L’hôtel a prolongé le check-out jusqu’à 13 heures, mais le dernier jour la chambre doit être propre et le check-out était très stressant. La dernière chose que tu veux faire pendant les vacances c’est nettoyer. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas à ce type de résidences, où les heures sont si limitées et le nettoyage doit être fait par l’hôte. Malheureusement, une très mauvaise expérience pour nous.

Très bien accueillis, les services et activités pour enfants notamment sont de très bonne qualité pour un établissement 2 étoiles. L’établissement est très bien placé également, activités et plage à proximité, zone calme. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande pour des vacances en famille.

Je suis très déçue de ce séjour. Le logement est loin des images de l’annonce. Une odeur de renfermé immonde à notre arrivée et qui nous a suivi les 2 jours. Moisi dans la salle de bain. Minimum d’équipement. Plage privée jamais trouvée !!

Un établissement adapté à un séjour en famille

Séjour très agréable en Camargue Très bien accueillis. Le personnel nous a permis de changer de logement pour être plus dans la nature. Établissement très agréable pour un séjour en famille et très bien placé à proximité de la plage.
