The flat: This very comfortable Studio Cabin flat (for 2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers) has been completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fully-equipped kitchen, shower room) and has a fold-down bed for 2!
Located on the 1st floor of two, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets are FORBIDDEN * Pre-registered, non-debitable deposit of 300 euros with a registration fee of 5.96 euros.

The living room and open-plan kitchen open onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène different from Rouille Sétoise... Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards, with their vin des sable and Pic St Loup wines!

Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a square table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Bedding: 1 x 160 cm, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for 2 people.

Cabin side: 2 bunk beds (90cm), square pillows (65x65cm), duvet, for children and teenagers.

Location: Ideally located close to the South Beach, shops in the Trident shopping centre and South Beach: restaurants, ice-cream parlours, mini-market, butcher's, delicatessen, bakery, etc.
Take a stroll around the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...

Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts, is the emblematic home of yachts, sailing boats and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage Sud and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real must for lovers of peace and quiet in green spaces.
