La propiedad decía aire acondicionado y no servía, cuando llegamos estaba sucio el baño, había cabellos, shampoo usado y la tasa del baño orinada y con pelos, había telarañas, los enchufes rotos y tirados a media pared, mosquitero roto, en verdad no vale lo que cobran. Tengo fotos para probarlo.

We arrived at the hotel with the desk clerk sitting outside and smoking. Once he came in, he found our reservation but told us the hotel was full and voided our reservation. We tried to ask him why he wouldn’t hold our reservation but couldn’t get a clear answer from him (because obviously there wasn’t any reason to not hold our reservation when we had a credit card on file). He told us every hotel in the area was full but one, and sent us to his buddy’s hotel - Hotel Dubai. It was 9 pm and in a part of town we were told is not safe to walk through. The new hotel was the worst one I’ve ever been to. It wasn’t safe, clean, quiet, etc. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t risk a reservation at Hotel del Centro seeing as it is a huge waste of time and you’ll be hassled into a bad hotel anyway.

the hotel reported that my reservation wasn’t paid when i already paid it while reserving it. it ruined my day and my plans while solving the problem with the worst and most inefficient expedia representative that complicated things more than helping. he couldn’t even contact the hotel to fix the inconvenience. never booking through expedia again.
