July 2025 - We stayed here for 2 nights during our travels to the East Coast. We had suite room 206 and found it in terrible condition. It had a noisy AC fan (that we problem solved on our own), and mold growing above the shower head in the bathroom (causing 2 asthma attacks).
The room was overall dirty and had leaking faucets. The washer and dryer the hotel provided were broken.
After locating the issues in our room we were down to the front desk staff numerous times. All the staff we encountered were compassionate and undertstanding of the rooms condition (after being notified) and very apologetic. Unfortunately that first night they were fully booked and were not able to move us rooms. We called around to other hotels and they were all fully booked as well. The next morning we were moved into a much better room without any issues noted (except that the kitchen sink plug was not there & we were told that one would not be provided). We appreciated the staffs kindness and understood that they did every thing they could within their limits.
We stayed in a few Travelodge locations during our trip, and found all of them to be in some state of disrepair. They were a very affordable option if you can look past the desparate need for updates.
