Fun for the whole family at this new custom built home. Featuring private lot off the main road, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Plenty of room inside and out for the family to spread out or gather in a number of interior and exterior spaces. Private yard with plenty of parking for all your toys.
I can be reached easily and live within close proximity. I am very familiar with this property and can assist with any questions that come up. *Please lock all exterior doors, close windows and garage door when leaving the house or checking out. Please leave doors closed while at the property to prevent insects and mice from getting into the house. *Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the house or inside the garage under any circumstances. *This home does NOT allow pets with exception of certified service animals of which must be approved prior to your arrival. If pets are found on the property, the guest will be charged additional cleaning fees and for any damage and be asked to leave without refund. *Please obey all traffic rules. San Juan County allows off road vehicles on local streets, however speed limits and other traffic rules apply. Please be aware that motor vehicles not licensed as "street legal" are not allowed on US HWY 191 or on Grand County streets. This is a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH and we ask that you respect neighboring properties and stay on market trails and roads at all time. Please make yourself aware of special licensing to operate an off road vehicle required by the state of Utah regardless of a standard driver's license. *We understand you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am out of respect for the neighbors. Please turn off exterior lights when not in use; at bedtime. *Please keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub at all times when not in use to prevent it from blowing away or dirt and other debris from getting into the hot tub. *Please shower before entering the hot tub and use only hot tub towels provided. *We understand that hot tub water can get cloudy after a few days use. If at anytime during your stay, you find that the hot tub needs cleaning, please let us know. We will be happy to fill the water, replace and/or sanitize filters and/or treat water chemically as needed. *Please do not leave any linens or towels or other items belonging to the property outside. *The owner of this home has provided thoughtful amenities with guests in mind. We know accidents happen and if you break or damage something please let us know so that we can repair or replace it for you or future guests. If something is found broken or damaged out of neglectful behavior on your part, you will be asked to replace or pay for repairs. *This property does not allow parties, events or gatherings of persons not registered and approved as guests of the property.

Everything the house had to offer was super! Hot tub, bedrooms and beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Driveway was very narrow for parking our trailers with RZR's, but we made it work! We will be coming again in the spring and will book this place!

Nice place, area kinda sucked due to road construction & having to drive through a mining operation/concrete plant to get to. Place was nice for the most part, all a/c filters were clogged upon arrival & couldn’t get temperatures to do down. Bugs were extremely bad flying ants before & during a storm were absolutely ridiculous & everywhere in the house, hot tub & porches. The property manager was absolutely great with handling things even the garage door somehow happen to break while our stay a they had it fixed in a timely manner. Overall I give the stay a 6/10 very nice place but definitely had it’s issues & the listing needed to be more clear about getting in an out of the property with trailers because we were directly behind another house with very narrow driveway & parking wasn’t as abundant as we thought.

Beautiful Home With Excellent Amenities
We enjoyed our stay at the Slick Rock Retreat House. It is very well laid out and was perfect for our group with ample sleeping arrangements and space to hang out. The only downside is that it is a ways out of downtown Moab, but we knew that prior to booking. Overall the host was very responsive and friendly as well. I would recommend the Slick Rock Retreat House for your next trip to Moab!

Wonderful stay in Moab
House was great. Loved being able to make the Master Bedroom cold (wife and I like cold) without the other couple upstairs having to be cold. Grill/Hot tub were great. Really well stocked kitchen. Moab is central to a lot of park access. Made a perfect base for seeing a lot of beautiful Utah.

Slick Rock Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is very comfortable and spacious with ample amount of extra space to hang out. It is very clean and well appointed, and the hot tub was hot and clean. Our only quibble was the WiFi, while present and workable, was not always strong--although we had many devices going at the same time. If we return to the Moab area, we will definitely return to the Slick Rock Retreat.

2nd time staying with this owner's property
Houses are well furnished and clean. Things like the hot tub, fire pit, grills are a nice touch. This year we even had a ping pong table that ended up getting used a lot more than expected. Check in and communication are seamless. This is my go to property for our yearly trip at this point.

Gorgeous house, perfect for families, and close to Arches
We had a lovely stay here for new year's and appreciate how thoughtfully the kitchen was equipped and the proximity of the house to Arches. This is a beautiful rental and perfect for families with kids. We hope to book it again in the future.
