This was a two night stay of a long road trip. Pretty much centralized downtown so you can easily walk to shops or restaurants. Also good location to set as home base when visiting Moab’s many adventures.

Convenience, downtown, staff was really friendly. Only issue wasn’t the hotels problem, some of the other customers were slamming doors early am (repeatedly) and phone did not work to try to get mgmt intervention. Good for a crash and go. You are required to use tap water for the coffee, nothing provided -highly recommended that you have something on hand.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Property is located central to Moab so we could walk to the shops and restaurants. They could maybe use a few more parking spaces for the busy season. I had to park in a handicap spot cause that's all that was left on the entire property. But all good!

This was a great motel. We parked 2 steps from our room and it was like having tailgate access from your motel room. Plus there was a small balcony that overlooked the creek and it was a great spot to enjoy the evening and the dogs felt like they were outside while still being contained. I would definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity to enjoy all that Moab has to offer again.

STAY AWAY

I got in that evening and was sick with gastro for the next day or so. I only stayed another day as I was too sick to go anywhere. When I rebooked the wrong type of room, I was too sick to move my stuff to the other room and so they still charged me for the higher rate for wrong room. NO COMPASSION. The desk person was a smug brat and I was not impressed. Yes she brought me my new keys for the next day as I was too sick to leave my room, but the air of arrogance about her... I will never stay there again...and the rooms were too expensive. The first day was cheap enough...but they stung me the next day.

Nice soft bed but…. The A/C unit had dribbled water over the rug under the window and was very loud. I got up 3 times the first night to turn it off, wait a few minutes and turn it on again so it was less noisy. Credit to the management in that they fixed it the next morning. The outside stairs were old and rusty with paint and rust falling off. The outside doors had not been cleaned for some time. There were dirty marks on all of them. This is a basic hotel. It needs some maintenance to make it a good stop
