This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is great, especially if you have kids. The staff are all very nice and polite, but it seems like many are lacking training about the property. There is very limited trailer parking, and I called to ask if there were areas to park trailers, I was told there were several spots that would accommodate for a trailer. (It’s Moab, a good amount of guest will have trailers with atvs and jeeps) When we arrived I asked the front desk agent who checked us in where we can park a trailer and he said the street, which is off hotel property. Luckily it was off season, so we found a long spot on property, so this didn’t matter this stay but at full capacity there definitely would have been a problem. The hotel room bathroom could have been cleaner. I do not recommend paying for the breakfast through the hotel reservation, you pay $35 per person but only get a $25 voucher per person. The local places that are walking distance have better food and a better price. The spa is very nice, we had massages and it was so worth it.
