We booked at.this hotel for its pet friendly policy and reasonable rate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The check in process couls use soem work. We arrived at 4pm,th stated check in time online. At the desk ot was posted a 3pm.checkmin time. Although we had a reservation, no room.was reaxy. Fine, we did a little.shopping and took the dog for a walk. An hour and a half later, still no room ready. Im.guessing they need to pay the housekeeping staff better. We finally were able to access our room at about 5:45 or 6, a couple.of giurs past the check in time. We were tired from a long dayls travel and it was super hot out, so not m condusive to outdoor fun with an old dog. Other than a somewhat liusy check in process, it was fine and comfy.

I booked and payed for a handycapt accessible room months in advance I booked one with a roll in shower to be exact because I am in a wheel chair and can't stand in the shower at all. First they gave me a completely non accessable room, when I said something about it they told me that those rooms need to be booked months in advance, which mind you I did, then they put me in a room with 2 queen beds and I asked for an accessible king. I could barely get in to the bed. The bathroom had one safety bag near the toilet in the bathroom and that was it, it had a tub a step in tub not a shower that I could roll in to like I had booked. When confronted about it the staff basically said that they didn't know what to tell me about all of this. I asked if they at least had a shower chair that I could get so I could bathe and the girl at the front desk originally said no we don't have those, and then some time later showed up at our room with a shower chair that was in deplorable condition, while I used it to try and take a shower the legs broke off of it. I will never ever booka room here ever again I don't care if they are the last hotel on earth it will not happen.

It was great. The only complaint would be the shampoo was completely empty & the bath tub didn't drian quick. You stand in 4 inch of water while showering. Otherwise it was fine!
