Clean & Quiet

Was a little nervous hearing someone playing a guitar while walking down the hall. However, as soon as we stepped in our room it was silent. The room was very clean. The only complaint was the mattress was very worn and caved in on one side.

Shady people hanging around this hotel outside an.

It was nice and clean. The only downside was the people who checked you in had some shady people hanging around. We came back to the room and outside at 11:20 pm outside were people smoking and who knows what else outside the building. In the morning more shady people were outside. It scared us and we felt unsafe. These we think were friends of the people who checked us in.

For the price the rooms are fantastic. The fridge in our room was unplugged when we arrived, when I plugged it in it sounded awful. Thankfully we didn’t need the fridge for this visit.

Lumpy mattress. Broken refrigerator. Stayed in 3 different rooms during 4 night stay. Received email response from General Manager as shown below: Dear XXXX, Thank you for sharing your experience at My Place Hotel in Missoula. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you encountered during such a critical time in your recovery journey. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities, and we deeply regret falling short of expectations. Addressing Your Concerns: Mattress Quality: We are troubled to hear about the discomfort caused by the lumpy mattress. While our mattresses are selected to meet durability and support standards, we acknowledge that inconsistencies can occur. Your feedback has been escalated to our maintenance team for immediate inspection and replacement of any subpar units. Refrigerator Malfunction: The unplugged and noisy unit is unacceptable. We are reviewing housekeeping protocols to ensure appliances are checked and fully operational during room preparation. Food Loss: We understand the frustration of spoiled meals due to equipment issues. We will be working on this so it does not happen again and we are so sorry this happened to you. I'm glad we were able to get you something even though it wasn't really want you wanted! We all feel terrible! We got there late and she was so friendly, stopped what she was doing right away to come help us get settled in. The most noise I heard all night was the ice maker in the freezer, the room was clean and well stocked and the coffee in the morning was perfect and ready to go. Check in and check out we’re a breeze.
