This house was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the home was even better than the photos. The rooms are huge, and having multiple kitchens, washers, and dryers made it perfect for a large group. We had 25 people staying here and still had more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The only issue we experienced was a stressful situation late at night when we returned from the bars around 12:30 a.m. We were locked out of the VRBO. Several girls had to wait outside for over an hour while we troubleshot the issue. It also took multiple attempts to contact before we were finally able to get someone on the phone. That said, once we reached someone, they were helpful, got us back inside, and sent someone out the next day to fix the lock. Besides that situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this house and neighborhood to any large group. The location is incredible, and it’s just a two-minute walk to the beach. It is also close to restaurants and shops. Overall, a beautiful place to stay.

The host contacted our group as we arrived late Friday. She provided a direct contact should we need anything. We did contact her twice and the response was immediate. We had a group of 12. The primary 2nd floor kitchen, den, dining combination had more than enough room for our group. Easy walk to the beach, especially for the kids in our group.We are ready to back to the same house next year.

The hosts were very easy to work with. The home and amenities were excellent. The home is beautiful, in a great location and it is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great time. We had our Thanksgiving celebration here and the facilities were excellent.

Perfect location, beautiful house!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. Property manager was responsive to issues. Only disappointment was that the main oven did not work. The house had another smaller oven but wasn’t ideal for our large family.

Wonderful house for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at The Pearl! It was beautiful and close to the beach, and our family had a great time staying there. There were some issues with the pool getting too hot and the main kitchen oven stopped working towards the end of our stay. Keri was easy to communicate with and took care of some small things we needed. She also tried to help me fix the pool issue over the phone. It didn’t work unfortunately, and the oven still wasn’t working when we left, but otherwise our stay was wonderful!
