Let me start by saying that I read the reviews from years back and booked anyway. The view was unbeatable. Absolutely stunning and worth every penny. The condo was spacious and the check-in and communication processed were seamless. The place is in dire need of some upgrades. The smell was impossible to cover, like old retirement home and moth balls. The primary tub was clogged but we survived.

Condo Needs Updates

The location of the property was perfect!!! The property management was also very responsive to concerns. Unfortunately, the condo is in dire need of updates. First, when we walked in, there was an lingering odor that smelled like old furniture/appliances. Although the things in condo were well kept up and worked properly, the price was still pricey for things in the condo that look and smell like it was outdated.

Sadly issues

View great but sadly there was mold on ceiling, the master bath toilet, the chain would break not allowing flushing. The floors got our feet very dirty and we never went to the beach. The Kuerig machine over flowed each time used so management brought a new one. Never returned to fix toilet. We just used the other bathroom. Mold bothered us enough that we left on Thursday morning instead of Friday morning.
