Upon arrival, I learned that my reservations were changed and given to someone else. I reserved a king size room, but I was told that the room went to someone else that reserved a moment before I did. I was told that my room was upgraded to a suite with two queen beds. The room looked nice until roaches began crawling on the dishes, cabinets, and floor. The living space table was not clean. I immediately reported the issue that evening and was told that they would make a note to have the room sprayed, and I was provided extra tablets for the dishwasher. Upon checkout, I reported the roach issue again, and was told that this was the first time anyone has complained about roaches, minimizing my report.
