This stay was in the beginning of March for Spring Break. For the first two days the hot tub did not heat, and we had to make a call about that. Then, the morning after the maintenance lady "fixed" the hot tub, the pool randomly drained, and to the point of no water in the shallow end. The pool was unusable for the last 2 days of the stay. Also, beware that the listing says its a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the property, but its not until you click through the rental agreement with electronic initials and signatures that it gets more specific about the age requirements. So, after making the service call about the pool draining, the management company made the 22 and 23 year olds vacate the property when they had about 16 hours before check out. The management company had no regard to the fact that these guys had to drive 8 hours home having them arrive about 3:30am. The guests had been completely respectful of the property and caused no issues otherwise. Even after the guests vacated the property I kept making the point that the listing does not include the requirement, and the management company refused to see that as an issue. They only kept referring to the rental agreement, which is something you don't even see until after you've made the non-refundable payment for the reservation. Under "House Rules" in the listing it appears as if the listing is to include further information from the management company, but it is only the first sentence. Not clear.
