SERVICIO DE PLAYA DIARIA DE TEMPORADA GRATUITA DEL 1 DE MARZO AL 31 DE OCTUBRE (2 sillas y 1 sombrilla)

Si deseas una paleta de colores costeros de ricos azules, te encantará Frangista Finale. Hermosos muebles y un fabuloso fondo de playa de arena blanca, turquesa y aguas verde esmeralda crean un "final" de vacaciones dramático que no olvidará.

Esta lujosa casa frente al mar tiene cinco dormitorios, cuatro baños y una piscina privada con vista a la playa y tiene capacidad para 16 personas. La casa cuenta con una sala de estar de lujo, encimeras de granito en la cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y pisos de madera dura en el segundo y tercer piso con baldosas de travertino en el primer piso.

El primer nivel tiene 2 dormitorios, un bar con fregadero y un fácil acceso a la piscina y a la playa. El dormitorio con cama grande tiene vista a la playa y tiene un sofá cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana grande, adem��s de un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio en el primer nivel tiene dos camas dobles, un televisor de pantalla plana y una Xbox 360. El segundo piso alberga la sala de estar y el comedor con una mesa de comedor para 6 y asientos adicionales para 2 en la barra de desayuno. La cocina gourmet está bien equipada y ofrece una vista increíble del golfo. Un gran televisor de pantalla plana, dos cómodas sillas de cuero con otomanas y un sofá cama Queen completan la sala de estar. El balcón del segundo piso frente al mar tiene una mesa de comedor al aire libre para 6, así como una parrilla eléctrica. Al final del pasillo hay un dormitorio con cama grande, un gran armario, un televisor de pantalla plana y un baño con ducha a ras de suelo. En el tercer piso está la suite principal con un balcón que da a la playa, una cama king, una silla cómoda y una otomana para relajarse, y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos de tocador, una ducha a ras de suelo y una bañera de hidromasaje. El balcón frente a la playa en este nivel tiene 2 sillas y otomanas para su descanso nocturno. Al final del pasillo de la suite principal hay otro dormitorio con cama king size, televisor de pantalla plana, área de armario y un baño completo con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Una lavadora y secadora apilables se encuentra en el pasillo. El ascensor residencial privado en esta casa está disponible solo bajo petición. Por favor, hable con nosotros antes de su estancia.

Perfect Beach Access Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beach front home. We loved having the beach so close and this home provided everything we needed during our stay. The rental agency staff was always in touch and helpful with everything.

Nice Property- Conveniently Located

This property suited our group of adults - family- well. The house is very clean and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Beach towels were provided, as well. The beach access is great. The plunge pool on site is a nice touch. The community pool 2 blocks away is close and very nice. We had a great stay and were very pleased with this property.

The location, being directly on the beach, was fantastic. The home was large and spacious for 4 couples and 4 children. The kids loved having the bunk room to stay in. Everyone was already asking if we're going to book again for next Thanksgiving.

Gorgeous beachfront home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Frangista Finale. We brought 10 people from ages 8 to 77 and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is gorgeous and well stocked. It was so conveniently located on the beach for our kids ages because at 12, 10, and 8 they could run back and forth from the beach and house as needed on their own to grab something or rest for a bit without an adult because we could see them the entire way. This is HUGE for us and really cut down on hassle. Everyone had a relaxing time.

My only complaint is that the bunk room doesn’t have a bathroom on that floor to use, so often it’s shared with the second Master Bedroom on the bottom floor. Overall though it’s a great property, nicely kept up/clean, good furnishings, and has amazing views & proximity to the beach!
