The room was quiet and comfortable. A few areas of the hotel, including the room, could use some touch up and newness. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We chose to eat at the restaurant, as it was convenient, but the set up surprised us and we found it not to our liking. Very very little interaction with the staff, as it is completely app based ordering. Our drinks (in bottles) were dropped off and the person was gone, before we could ask for a glass. So that had to be collected from the bar. When the food was brought to the table, we were directed to get our own utensils, etc. from the condiment station along the wall. Not a single staff person came by after that to ask how our meal was.
If possible, I would give the restaurant a lesser rating separately, as the hotel was fine.
