The current state of Eco Sirma Flaris does not correspond to the photographs shown on Hotels.com. TV is missing both upstairs and downstairs, the outdoor terrace table weathered and splintered and rickety to be almost unusable. All decorative cushions inside and out /eg on terrace featured in the photographs on hotel.com are gone. The 2 single beds downstairs are rickety, and their legs rusting from the floor up. Kitchen cupboard door loose. Railings for the stairs loose. Bathroom does not look like the photographs provided, it has been tiled a long time ago, worn out, and is dark and musty. Gas burner in kitchen old, dirty. Only 2 table knives provided, both have been singed in the flame of eg the gas burner. Refrigerator cannot hold ice-cream frozen. Internet is via 5G modem router provided, but the 5G reception is not very good so internet speeds are not reliable. Ceiling fans not tightened, so setting them to highest speed makes them swing dangerously. Neighbour on the right has set up privacy screen on their terrace, so no open ocean view to the right. The neighbour house to the left is seemingly abandoned, dusty terrace and not painted for many years, which is quite depressing to live next to, also given the photographs provided appear to show the neighbouring house to the left as being in good repair when the photos were taken.
