Worst hotel I've ever been. No toilet paper, no toilet seat, no AC or heating. Overall disgusting.

The hotel is a MIRAGE!

HOW DISGUSTING! We were not met, our room was occupied by others! We settled by force, roughly retook the place! The room is dirty, in General for four days did not clean, no amenities, there were no basic things, soap, toilet paper, etc. we tried to evict. The representative never showed up! Such a MESS not seen anywhere else.

Una serata terribile struttura inesistente telefono che non rispondeva nessuno chiedevo informazioni nessuno conosceva questo locale pur essendo alla via e il numero civico scritto sulla prenotazione dopo forse venti tentativi di telefonate si degnava a rispondere un signore dicendomi che la prenotazione era sta annulla di rivolgermi alla agenzia e pedina per farmi restituire i soldi. Alle ventidue trovarsi sei persone di cui 4 ragazzi nel centro di milano senza albergo non conoscendo la città cose da terzo mondo lascio a voi giudicare la mia valutazione

DO NOT STAY HERE ! there were no sheets, the bathroom was grotesque, there was no hot water, there was no kitchenette, no soap, no amenities whatsoever, it was terrible. while I was there, no less than five other guests arrived, were disgusted, demanded their money back, and left angrily. this is clearly being run illegally and in the black as they refused to provide a receipt and were angry when, without a receipt, I refused to pay an addition sum as a so-called "city tax." Total disaster. Hotels.com and every other service would be wise to UNLIST it from consideration.
