I’ll start, we were American tourists, not everyone’s favorite people and first time in Italy. The hotel entrance was hard to find. A small sign compared to the other stores signs around it, but once we were able to find it and figure out the lift situation to get up to reception it went well! We were shown to our room which wasn’t anything crazy. Besides the tv placement! Staff was friendly and in a great area to walk and shop if you had the money. Easy walk to the Duomo.

Beautiful and classy room that is well-maintained and spacious! Shopping right downstairs, in the heart of Milan. If there is any downside to this place at all, that would be that the place to wait for our vehicle is a short walk away and there are many vehicles around.

We had a great stay at the IntoMilan hotel. We travelled with our two children. The staff is great and the location is close to the Duomo and all the shopping. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night. On the day our arrival, I realized I hadn’t heard from the hotel regarding the late night access. We were arriving late from Canada. Contacted the hotel and they said that we weren’t checking in til the next night. That sent me into a bit of a panic. We called Malika at the hotel and she fixed the mistake promptly. They put us up in one room one night and then moved us into a lovely two bedroom suite for the last night. Thank you to Malika and the staff for everything you did for us!!

Beautifully modern and perfectly located, this apartment in Milan is a real gem. Its location could not be better — only a short walk from the Duomo, putting you right in the heart of the city with shops, cafés, and cultural landmarks all around. INTOMILAN was located in the middle of a shopping area. I will say they gave excellent directions as to how to find them. We took a train to get to Milan and it was just a 10 minute short ride on the Metro. Take the M3 yellow line and get off at Duomo. From there it was a five minute walk. However, although it was a pretty looking room many things were broken or falling apart. The bed had a memory foam type mattress, which I did find comfortable. There were no keys given every door you need to enter you had a key code. There were 3 separate doors and 3 key codes. Unfortunately our first night the first code didn’t work. Thankfully someone was coming out of the building so we got inside. I don’t think I would stay there again.

The hotel is located right in the center of the shopping mall, a few minutes’ walk to Duomo. Very safe location and easy access to numerous nice restaurants nearby. The staff are super friendly and helpful, room is upscale and clean. We got a warm welcome and complimentary wine and juice. Highly recommend!
